Production line with digital twin overlay
For PepsiCo LATAM · Siemens Implementation Partner

The digital twin vision is set. IndX makes it a living operation.

PepsiCo has committed to digital twin with Siemens and NVIDIA, announced at CES 2026 and showcased at Hannover Messe. Turning that commitment into a living operation across your LATAM manufacturing and warehouse network is an execution challenge. IndX is the Siemens partner built to deliver it, plant by plant.

Continuing the Conversation

Following our discussion at Siemens Assembly in Mexico, this is how IndX would partner with PepsiCo LATAM to take digital twin from boardroom commitment to plant-floor reality, across both snack and beverage operations.

Why Now for PepsiCo

The strategy is decided. Execution is what defines the outcome.

PepsiCo has already made the call. Digital twin is no longer a concept under evaluation. It is a public, multi-year commitment with Siemens and NVIDIA, reinforced by the MOTOR operating model, new world-class plants, and real-time MES adoption across the network. The direction is clear: design digitally, deploy physically, continuously optimize. What determines whether that vision becomes measurable performance is the partner who executes it across dozens of plants and warehouses.

Where Digital Twin Programs Succeed or Stall

Two execution gaps between vision and operation.

The stack exists. The execution layer is the hard part.

Siemens and NVIDIA provide the technology: Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Process Simulate, Omniverse, Insights Hub, Industrial Edge. But software does not become a living digital twin on its own. It takes a partner who knows the Siemens stack at depth and understands how a snack line or a bottling line actually runs. That intersection of platform expertise and operational reality is rare, and it is exactly where IndX operates.

Pilot-to-scale is where programs stall.

Most digital twin initiatives prove a concept at one site and never reach the rest of the network. The hard part is not the first plant. It is the repeatable, template-driven rollout across a multi-plant, multi-country operation like PepsiCo LATAM, delivered without rebuilding from scratch at every site. IndX builds for scale from the first engagement.

One Connected Digital Thread

Every layer of your operation, digitally transformed.

IndX connects engineering, production, supply chain, and performance into a single digital thread, the same architecture PepsiCo is building toward with Siemens and NVIDIA.

001

Digital Engineering

Design smarter lines with simulation, virtual commissioning, and faster changeovers.

002

Digital Manufacturing

Execute with precision through connected operations, quality, and real-time performance.

003

Digital Supply Chain

Orchestrate end-to-end flow with visibility, resilience, and demand intelligence.

004

Digital Twin & AI

Continuously mirror, learn, and optimize your entire manufacturing and warehouse ecosystem.

The Ingredients for Digital Success

The full Siemens stack, implemented end to end.

IndX does not just know these tools. IndX implements them as one connected system, integrated with the NVIDIA Omniverse environment PepsiCo is already deploying.

Teamcenter & NX

Engineering and PLM backbone for the digital thread.

Plant Simulation

Model plants, lines, and warehouses to find bottlenecks before they cost you.

Process Simulate

Validate production processes and changeovers virtually.

Digital Twin Composer

Build and orchestrate the living digital twin.

Omniverse Integration

Connect the Siemens twin to NVIDIA Omniverse for real-time visualization.

Insights Hub

Turn plant data into operational intelligence.

Industrial Edge & AI

Implement AI-on-edge for OEE, quality, and throughput at the line.

Mendix

Build low-code apps that put the twin in operators' hands.

Proven on Real Bottling Lines

From simulation to shop-floor OEE.

A major beverage bottler engaged IndX to bring equipment monitoring online across six production lines. Using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, the IndX team modeled the lines and the bottles moving through every stage of processing and packaging.

They then configured and stress-tested the entire OEE monitoring system inside the simulation, feeding simulated equipment signals to the live OEE configuration, before touching a single piece of physical equipment.

The Result

Onsite OEE configuration normally takes weeks of trial and error. IndX compressed it into controlled virtual validation: testing failure scenarios, verifying system stability, and troubleshooting entirely in the twin. The same approach scales directly to PepsiCo's lines.
