Webinar: Achieving End-to-End Product Traceability from Manufacturing to Supply Chain
How much visibility do you have into your products across manufacturing and supply chain processes? Is the product data you track being integrated throughout your value chain within a single source of truth?
To reap the benefits of holistic digitalization, manufacturers must ensure end-to-end product traceability from the factory floor through distribution to consumers. Utilizing a single source of truth for batch and item-level production and logistical data, you can meet traceability regulations and customer demands for safer, more sustainable products and services.
Our Industries eXcellence, formerly Movilitas, experts will address these critical traceability challenges:
- No capability to track and trace parts and products throughout the entire value chain
- No compliance with regulatory requirements (battery passport, CO2 emissions..)
- No visibility or effective reaction time in case of product recall
- Damage to brand reputation and customer service levels
- Disconnected manufacturing and supply chain functions
In this 45-minute webinar, we will explore the challenges of supply chain visibility in today's complex global marketplace and present an integrated set of digital solutions that can extend traceability from your factory floor across your entire network of suppliers, partners and customers. Watch the Engineering Group's Industries eXcellence team talk about how your company can achieve end-to-end traceability from manufacturing to supply chain.
Our Track & Trace Solutions
SAP Corporate Serialization
SAP Corporate Serialization enables the serialization and tracking of uniquely identified objects, often products and parts, in the supply chain. This solution connects manufacturers to real-time intelligence required for key decision-making and offers consumers the opportunity to trace their product to the origin and ensure product authenticity while eliminating counterfeiting. SAP Corporate Serialization is tailored to the specific needs of non-Life Science stakeholders, such as High-Tech Goods, Medical Devices, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Chemicals.
SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud
SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) enables seamless analysis and execution of production. This Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution integrates your production equipment into enterprise systems for the automatic sharing of information in real-time as well as access to advanced analytics that support timely decision-making. This data can help you monitor performance, production-related issues and increases traceability while making your manufacturing operations more efficient and scalable.
