Paula Colmenares: With more than 20 years of experience in different industries, Paula Colmenares is responsible for the development of technology adoption strategies for companies in the pharmaceutical and consumer industries. Paula's main function, along with her work team, is to provide advice and consultancy to companies in these industries interested in starting or improving their digital transformation projects.

Rodolfo Olvera: With 11 years of passion and commitment as a specialist in automation and digitization solutions, Rodolfo has worked to find the most efficient and profitable way to implement disruptive solutions that positively impact manufacturing processes in Mexico. Rodolfo graduated from the IPN with a specialty in manufacturing processes and robotics, and is known as a great ally for the pharmaceutical industry seeking solutions for traceability, quality assurance, lean manufacturing, collaborative robotics and sustainability.

Liliana Pérez: With more than 12 years in the field of automation, Liliana has an extensive career focused on various industries, including food and beverages (F&B), chemicals and pharmaceuticals with a focus on process optimization, operational efficiency improvements, data analysis and promotion of sustainable practices. Before joining Siemens Digital Industries, Liliana held project leadership positions for renowned companies such as Nestlé, P&G, and Heineken, where she was noted for her pivotal role in incorporating innovative technologies.
